Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Vela K Academy website, free training, community, and related services. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Last updated September 21, 2026.
Vela K Academy is operated by Vela K Products Ltd. ("Vela K", "we", "us"), registered in British Columbia, Canada, with offices at 1500 Hartley Avenue, Coquitlam, BC, Canada and Blaine, WA, USA. 1. Paid programs
The Full Program, Private Mentorship, and Weekly Advisory are each governed by the Terms of Purchase you accept at checkout, including price, payment plans, refunds, and private sessions. Read them at academy.velakproducts.com/terms-of-purchase. If these Terms of Service and the Terms of Purchase conflict, the Terms of Purchase apply to that purchase.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; sharing logins is not permitted and results in termination of access without refund.
3. License to use the content
Everything on this site and inside the academy, including videos, lessons, PDFs, templates, supplier and brand lists, emails, and community content, is the intellectual property of Vela K Products Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business education. You may not copy, record, distribute, resell, publish, scrape, or use it to build a competing product.
4. Educational purpose, no guarantees
All content is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Vela K makes no guarantee of income, revenue, profit, or business results. Any figures, examples, or student stories we share are individual experiences, not typical results and not promises. Outcomes depend on your effort, capital, decisions, and market conditions. Consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, and financial matters.
5. Third-party platforms
Amazon, brands, suppliers, and other third parties make their own decisions about account approvals, suspensions, ungating, listings, pricing, and policy enforcement. Vela K does not control and cannot guarantee any decision, timeline, or outcome from any third party. Use of Amazon and other platforms is subject to their own terms.
6. Community rules
The Vela K community is for students to learn from each other and from Ali. Be respectful. No spam, no soliciting members for other products or services, no sharing of other members' information outside the community, and no illegal or harmful content. We may remove content or members who break these rules, without refund.
7. Communications
By creating an account or buying a program you agree to receive service emails such as receipts, payment reminders, session confirmations, and account notices. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent or under an existing business relationship, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) for all students, including those in the USA. Applicable taxes are calculated and charged at checkout based on your billing address. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for violation of these terms, including content sharing, abuse of staff or members, or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections 3, 4, 5, 10, and 11 survive termination.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela K Products Ltd. and its officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of your province or state.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your province or state of residence. Contact us first at info@velakproducts.com and we will try to resolve any issue directly. Unresolved disputes are heard in the courts of British Columbia.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
